I started this journey in 2023 shortly after experiencing how important mental health is when it comes to getting through the day and navigating a busy life.

Through the years I felt the importance of mental health has increased and become more valued. Being a single father to an Autistic child and working full time; I too have found the importance of taking care of myself and keeping myself in a great head space. The journey starts with you and doing what you can to stay centered and have the tools to navigate and conquer the day ahead. I want to make that journey a little easier.

A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to Autism Speaks.
